Un peu plus d'un an depuis la signature de la convention parentale et j'éprouve le besoin de poster mon avis mitigé.
victime d'une séparation non voulu, j'ai fait appel a cette avocate et après un an post signature de la convention parentale, je constate que tout ca n'a servi a rien.
les points marquants : les courriers de la partie adverse reste sans réponse pendant des mois : on fait avec.
l'attitude de madame est incorrecte avec le notaire et nous : elle me le dit mais on fait avec.
on s'écrase devant un chantage financier sur les enfants juste pour que j'ai une chance de garder ma maison : on fait avec.
et surtout une avocate du droit des familles qui ne connait pas comment la caf fonctionne.....
oui madame, j'ai signé une convention avec partage des allocations en garde alterné mais surprise !!!! même avec ca, la caf n'a pas voulu prendre en compte le partage sans la signature de madame... du coup ca fait un an que je paie une pension alimentaire et que je n'ai pas le droit d'avoir ma part des allocations.
1400 euros d'honoraire pour au final être spolié par une convention bancale qui n'est pas respectée.
et quand les honoraires sont réglées, ne pas s'attendre à une réponse concrète sur nos difficultés : le job a été fait.
